Setup eBeam / Download Software
|
Welcome to a new world of interactivity through eBeam. To help you get the most out of your new investment we have setup this Getting Started section of the eBeam community. Please read on to setup, calibrate and train on your new system!
How to determine if your system is USB or USB/Bluetooth capable? On every eBeam box there is a small white label reading either 'SHIP GP USB (package type)' or 'SHIP GP BT (package type)'. The later package is USB/Bluetooth capable. Please Note: We do NOT recommend using a wireless projector, due to the decreased bandwidth you may experience stylus input latency making the eBeam near impossible to operate. We DO recommend a high quality video cable be used between the computer and projector to avoid video degradation which may interfere with the eBeam's sensors. To learn more about recommended practices and environmental concerns download the appropriate 'eBeam Support Issues - PDF' from the right side-bar. |
