We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of your original purchase.You will be refunded the amount of your original purchase minus a 20%restocking fee. You will also be responsible for the freight charges to your location and returning the product to us.  All items must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.  They may not be opened and used.  You must contact us with a request for a return authorization.  Anything returned without an authorization will not be accepted.

Some items carried by Adams Business Center are considered custom or non-stock items and are not accepted for return.  This would include any custom product with printing, any special size items, service parts, and electronic items such as eBeam, projectors, whiteboards, and tablets.

Items that are defective are covered by the manufacturer warranty per their terms.  If you have any questions about the warranty please contact us.
